Scientific supervisor of the Union State program "Development of basic elements, technologies for the creation and application of orbital and ground-based means of a multifunctional space system" ("Kosmos-NT", 2006-2011), supervisor of works on the creation and development of the Belarusian space system for remote sensing of the Earth; scientific supervisor of the State Comprehensive Program of Scientific Research "Development of scientific foundations, technologies and long-term tools for conducting comprehensive research of outer space and the use of space information" (Space Research, 2010-2012).

Scientific supervisor (together with Siarhiej Ablamiejka) of the State Program of Scientific Research “Informatics, scientific foundations of information technologies and informatization” (Informatics and space) for 2011-2015. Scientific supervisor of the State Program of Scientific Research "Scientific provision of safety and protection from emergencies", subprogram 2 (“Emergency Situations Risk Reduction” 2015) for 2011-2015.
