Anna Karpenko shared that for the implementation of innovative activities, first of all, a strong scientific basis is needed. To do this, the University of NAS trains specialists in the magistracy and postgraduate studies. Also important components for the development of innovation activities, the scientist calls the material and technical basis, the possibility of performing innovative research and the possibility of teaching new technologies. “The Academy of Sciences includes more than 100 scientific organizations, on the basis of which hundreds of scientific laboratories work. The Academy of Sciences is thousands of young scientists who are involved in completely different areas, priority for Belarus,” Anna Karpenko said.
