On September 17, 2025, a meeting was held at the UIIP NAS of Belarus with Academician Zhuang Wei, a representative of the Suzhou Institute of Science and Technology, Guangdong Academy of Sciences (China).

Representing the Institute, Sergey Kasanin, Deputy Director General for Research, and Sergey Potetenko, Head of the Digital Development Support Center, NAS of Belarus, participated in the meeting.

The parties discussed the current status and prospects for the joint international scientific and technical project "Intelligent Building of a Smart City," submitted in November 2024, as well as further steps to develop cooperation in the field of intelligent systems and smart city technologies.
