The issues raised at the scientific and practical seminar ‘Development of Artificial Intelligence in the Republic of Belarus’ at the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus are the subject of a page in the 24th issue of the newspaper ‘Navuka’ of 10 June 2025. At the seminar, scientists and practitioners talked about the future of artificial intelligence (AI), the application of its elements in reality, threats and counteraction to them. Topics covering all the main aspects of AI development and implementation were discussed, including its application in education, modern mechanics and engineering, healthcare, and the IT sphere. Special attention was paid to the regulation of AI development. The event was organised by the Joint Institute of Informatics Problems of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.
