Model Law "On Artificial Intelligence Technologies" Adopted by the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly

The 58th plenary session of the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly adopted a number of laws in the spheres of ecology, education and law.
Among the documents adopted by the Assembly is a model law ‘On Artificial Intelligence Technologies’ (developed by the UIIP NAS of Belarus). It will be sent to the parliaments of the CIS IPA member states for implementation in the national legislation.
The adoption of the law was an important step towards the formation of a unified approach to the legal regulation of AI in the CIS and a confirmation of the high expert role of Belarus in the sphere of digital development.
