For the 23rd time, the National Academy of Sciences, together with the State Committee on Science and Technology, held an annual International Scientific and Technical Conference on the Development of Informatization and the State System of Scientific and Technical Information.
One of the objectives of the conference is to analyze the current state and problems of digital transformation in the economy, social sphere and public administration both in Belarus and abroad. Also at the conference, issues of the prospect of distributing information technologies and creating the necessary information infrastructure in the country were considered. Each year, the number of participants in the conference increases, many of whom come from abroad to submit their reports. This year, representatives of 37 research organizations, universities, republican state institutions and business structures from five countries registered: Belarus, Russia, Azerbaijan, Italy and Iraq.
